Senior Implementation/Support Professional

Job Summary:

The Services team of the organization is responsible for providing first in class service to the customer base ensuring that we understand their wants and needs. Responsible for assisting in the integration processes, providing solutions to complex problems, and providing expert implementation support.

Essential Job Duties:

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time:

• Rotating Help Desk Support
o Interact with customers to resolve day-to-day operational issues.
o Work with Team to assign out larger scale requests.
• Product Development
o Gathering and communicating enhancement opportunities
• Quality Assurance
o Test new code sets and communicate functionality issues to Development.
o Communicate new features and how they function to the Team.
• Implementation
o Manage Large and Medium scale projects.
o Manage customer expectations, timelines.
o Identify and communicate system gaps.
• Training
o Prepare and deliver training to individuals or groups of users.
o Be able to create useful written procedure documents.
• Data Analytics
o Ability to identify opportunities to better utilize data.
o Ability to build and deploy custom reporting needs.
• Internal Sales
o Listen to customer needs & identify new processes or product options.
o Communicate with the Sales team on potential leads.

Required Competencies:

• Demonstrate excellent training skills and project work involving client training at their facilities.

Education/Experience:

• Degree in Accounting, Business or Agri Business
• 4+ years of experience as a Senior Implementation/Support Professional or similar role
• 2+ years of experience working with Dynamics GP
• Agricultural Industry experience
• Accounting knowledge, either degree or relative industry experience
• Knowledge of PC based systems, Implementing, Supporting, End-User roles
• Knowledge of Networking, Server, or technical skills
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Knowledge of ISV Solutions
• Microsoft Dynamics GP
• Microsoft Office
• Microsoft SQL Server
• CRM

* Travel Required: Incumbent is expected to periodically meet with client teams across the United States. Incumbents will also be asked to attend industry and company events.
